Our Big Box team is staffed with a project manager, project coordinators and superintendents geared to handle retrofits, rebranding and remodeling roll-out programs.

This team also includes an alliance with key vendors to perform retail remodel of existing facilities while our clients conduct normal business activities. Our Big Box team logs several hundred hours in preparation and scheduling prior to actual start of the project.
 
Our specialized management of these projects is facilitated 24 hours a day, with the majority of the scope of work being performed at night during the store’s closed hours—and always with strict adherence to schedule.
